وصفة فعالة لتبييض البشرة و إزالة البقع السوداء المكونات : ملعقتين من بياض البيض 1 ملعقة من حليب بودرة نصف ملعقة من نشا الذرة القليل من ماء الورد الطريقة : امزجي المكونات في وعاء ثم طبقي المزيج على بشرتك ثم اتركيه لمدة نصف ساعة
الوصفة الاولى ملعقة صغيرة من زيت الزيتون صفار بيضة نقاط من الليمون يتم مزجهما وضعهما على الوجه لمدة 3 ساعات ثم يغسل بالماء الفاتر.
الوصفة الثانية مقدار ملعقتين من بذور الكتان يتم طحنها ووضعها على الوجه لمدة 30 دقيقة ثم تزال بالماء الفاتر.
الوصفة الثالثة يدهن الوجه ببياض بيضة بواسطة فرشاة اسنان ثم يزال بعد ان يجف ويزال برفق بماء الورد.
الوصفة الرابعة
ملعقة كبيرة من عسل النحل ويمزج مع اي نوع من كريم مناسب للوجه ويتم وضعه
على مكان التجاعيد برفق لمدة45 دقيقة عى الاقل ثم يزال بماء دافئ.
الوصفة الخامسة يدهن الوجه بطبقة من عصير الفراولة ويشطف في الصباح بماء البقدونس.
الوصفة السادسة دهن اماكن التجاعيد بماء عصير الخيار ويترك للصباح ثم يدهن بماء الورد. الوصفة السابعة مقدار من الكليسيرين يضاف اليه صفار بيضة ويوضع الخليط على البشرة ويترك الى ان يجف ثم يدلك باليد ويغسل بماء بارد .
الوصفة الثامنة ملعقة من العسل مع قليل من الكليسيرين وتدهن به الوجه لمدة ربع ساعة ثم يشطف الوجه بماء بارد .
الوصفة التاسعة اربعة ملاعق من الدقيق الابيض ملعقتين من العسل ثلاث معالق كبيرة من الحليب
تمزج المقادير وتضع على الوجه لمدة نصف ساعة ثم يشطف بالماء الدافئ.وهذا
القناع جيد لتليين البشرة وتطرية الجلد ويقاوم التجاعيد ويقلل من اضرار
الشمس.
الوصفة العاشرة تجاعيد حول العينين ملعقة من زيت اللوز ملعقة من زيت الزيتون توضع على المكان للصباح ثم تزال بماء الورد.
لعلاج القولون العصبي المكونات : 5 حبات ليمون ناشف (مجفف) (لومة) (نومي بصرة) ملعقة طعام من السكر الطريقة : تدق وتطحن حبات الليمون الناشف ويزال منها بذورها حتى تصبح بودرة ثم يضاف لها ملعقة السكر وتخلط المكونات مع بعض يتم تناول ملعقة كبيرة من المخلوط قبل وبعد أي وجبة طعام كانت ولأنها بودرة يشرب معها شربة ماء بإذن الله خلال الأسبوع الأول سيشعر مريض القولون بالتحسن
لرفع الحمى ................... لرفع الحمى عن المريض أقرأ ( يا
كافي يا شافي يا معافي ) 12 مرة ،يبدأ ( ببسم الله ) ويختم (بالصلاة على
محمد وآل محمد) وانفخ في كوب ماء ورش قليلا منه على المريض وكرر العمل 3
